On August 8, 2022, Blood Orange performed an intimate in-the-round show for 150 people at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn, New York. The audio was recorded live, burned to CDs, and gifted to attendees. Inspired by the physicality of CDs—and the booklets and liner notes that often accompany them—I set out to translate that tactile, immersive experience into a streaming format.
As you click through the songs on the album, you'll encounter different moments from that night—each one aiming to transport you, even briefly, into the intimate, in-the-round atmosphere of BLOOD ORANGE LIVE at Baby’s All Right.
